WE ARE NOW FMCA CACTUS CAMPERS

Camping World, the previous sponsor of the Good Sam Organization, announced that they will no longer sponsor the organization.  The State organizations and local chapters are on their own.

Due to the removal of support from Camping World, our club made the decision to become an FMCA Chapter in order to better reach potential new members.  After discussion over several meetings, the Cactus Campers decided to seek affiliation with the FMCA as the best means to increase our membership.  Also the Cactus Campers and the Texas Bluebonnet Allegros merged into one club.  The increased membership will enhance our ability to qualify for rally discounts and free clubhouse usage.  Many of our members already belonged to FMCA which has a number of benefits for members.

The rally will start on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and wrap up on Sunday, May 5.  Call the park at 361 367-3300 for reservations.   Be sure to tell them you are with the Cactus Campers so you will be parked with the group and receive the rally rate.

                CHOCTAW CASINO KOA PARK
                               DURANT, OK


 The September rally will be 9-12 at the Choctaw Casino KOA Park in Durant, Oklahoma, Call the casino operator at 888-652-4628 and ask to be transferred to the RV Park for your reservation.  Cost will be $35.00/night for the Monday thru Thursday rally if there are a minimum of 15 member RVs attending the rally and free use of the rally room.  Use TXBLUE for confirming the reservation for the rally dates. If a member wants to stay additional nights prior to the rally or after the rally a separate reservation at a cost of $45.00/night must be made.
